Concrete Foreman

Concrete Foreman - Full Time

MI CustomScapes LLC is expanding our client services to include concrete. We are seeking an experienced and dependable concrete foreman to lead in residential and commerical concrete projects with precision and professionalism.

This role requires someone who can run a crew, manage timelines, ensure quality control, and take ownership of the finished product. From prep and forming to pours and finishing, you set the standard.

We're looking for:

-Proven concrete experience (flatwork, forming, finishing)

-Ablity to lead and hold a crew accountable

-Strong understanding of job site efficiency and safety

-Commitment to craftsmanship and long-term growth
